Return Conditions

• Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.

• Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return
Please email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrived damaged or has a defect, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
